At My Green Space Counselling, my mission is to provide a high-quality services to adults experiencing emotional difficulties.
I believe in taking a client-centred approach to counselling, where I work together with my clients to identify the issues they are experiencing and explore those within our sessions. These may include anxiety, depression & low self esteem.
I am located in West Malling and can be reached by car, bus or train. My therapy room is nestled in my garden in a calm, quiet and private space.

I know how daunting it can feel to take the first step and reach out, but I’m here to support you with empathy, understanding, and a belief in your capacity to create positive change. Having had many years of therapy myself and experiencing the benefits that counselling can bring to your life, I understand what it feels like to be both the client and the therapist. I also understand the importance of a good working relationship between both. I feel this is one of the most important factors for effective therapy.

Having spent 12 years working as an emergency service worker I am fully aware of the impact trauma has on us.
I am experienced in counselling survivors of sexual abuse and rape having previously been a volunteer therapist at Family Matters charity.
I have also worked closely with both male & female victims of domestic abuse.

I am currently a volunteer counsellor at The Heart of Kent Hospice working with both patients and their families dealing with issues surrounding long term illness, palliative care and bereavement.
I am studying a level 5 qualification in Attachment.
It’s important that you feel I’m the right fit for you, which is why I offer a short, initial telephone consultation free-of-charge. Here we can discuss your needs, and you can ask me any questions too.
Then, if you decide to move forward, you can choose the arrangement that works best for you whether this be online or face to face.
The duration of our sessions will be 50 minutes and cost £50.
